Smith and Wesson Comp Gun 38 Special

Here is a Smith and Wesson model 13-1. This revolver was a .357 mag with  a four inch barrel. The owner only shot 38 specials through it for competition. Removed the barrel and fit a Clark Custom slab side match barrel. Cut the forcing cone to an eleven degree angle for best accuracy with wad cutter bullets. Barrel/Cylinder gap was set at .005". A new stainless 38 special cylinder was purchased and machined to fit the larger 357 frame. All new parts were installed in the action polished to a mirror finish. The trigger pull for single action is a nice 1 pound while the double action pull is 6 pounds. The frame and barrel were glass bead blasted and then parkerized. The Stainless cylinder was also glass bead blasted for a mat finish.
